Account Manager (Gland Office) – New Business, Greenfield Focus
We are seeking dynamic, extroverted, and highly driven Account Managers with excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. This
fully greenfield role
is dedicated to
opening new accounts
and expanding OSB's footprint in Switzerland. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and winning new clients while positioning OSB's offerings in the Swiss market.

Importantly:
Previous experience in selling Microsoft solutions is mandatory

Your Background
* Proven ability in relationship building, communication (verbal/written), and confident, extroverted interaction with prospects.
* Skilled in researching customer information, planning outreach, and organizing engagement across phone, email, and social channels.
* Highly organized and disciplined in tracking all customer interactions in the company CRM.
* Strong entrepreneurial mindset: highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
* Mandatory:
previous experience in selling Microsoft solutions and Cloud technologies.
* 2–4 years of professional sales experience in IT consulting or services, ideally with new business development responsibility.
* Good understanding of the Swiss culture.
* Excellent French and English; German is a plus.
* CH/EU citizenship mandatory.
What You Will Do
* Greenfield Acquisition:
Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers in your territory.
* Build and maintain long-term consultative relationships with newly acquired clients.
* Work closely with the Solutions Sales Teams to develop relevant value propositions.
