Aufgaben
1. As a member of the OpRisk&BCM team, responsible for monitoring the OpRisk&BCM standards and risk management systems applicable worldwide.
2. Further development of the OpRisk&BCM framework worldwide and monitoring of the lifecycle of the subsystems.
3. Ensuring OpRisk&BCM framework at all locations worldwide and monitoring crisis management organization, their central stakeholders and further development of the OpRisk&BCM manuals.
4. Responsible for parts of the internal reporting with the evaluation and comment of the risk data.
5. Support of internal and external auditors.
6. Participation in the organization of trainings, applied trainings and tests.
7. Risk management projects resulting from the business situation.
Qualifikation
1. Master or Bachelor / CPA, CIA or ACCA as an advantage.
2. Professional experience at an international bank or insurance company in Risk Management or Auditing.
3. Knowledge of the processes of an international bank or insurance company.
4. Analytical personality with attention to detail, without losing sight of the big picture.
5. Autonomous personality doing critical assessments.
6. Interest in solution and customer oriented consulting.
7. High sense of responsibility and quality.
8. Team and communication skills.
9. Persuasiveness and assertiveness.
10. IT flair for familiarization with special software.
11. Skilled in using MS-Office with focus on Excel and PP.
12. German and English.
