Process Engineer Lithography (m / f) – 100%
Your responsibility
* Operate and monitor photolithography equipment including resist coating, exposure and development tools.
* Continuously improve existing lithography processes with focus on yield stability and throughput.
* Perform hands‑on troubleshooting and root cause analysis of process deviations.
* Support the transfer and optimization of new process flows into production by working closely with the leaders of cross‑functional R&D initiatives.
* Ensure smooth and timely processing of engineering and production wafer lots through the line.
* Work with metrology systems to monitor process performance and ensure product quality.
* Engage with equipment suppliers to address operational needs and support upgrades or replacements.
Your profile
* Bachelor's / Master’s degree in engineering (e.g., FH or equivalent) preferably with focus on microtechnology.
* Hands‑on experience in photolithography or cleanroom production environment.
* Strong interest in production support and process optimization.
* Basic knowledge of SPC and DOE is a plus.
* Structured and independent working style with a proactive mindset.
* Team player with good communication skills in German and English.
* Willingness to work in a dynamic fast‑paced cleanroom environment.
