Your tasks:
* Lead interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate all internal and external stakeholders
* Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, resource needs, and high-level timelines
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets (OPEX & CAPEX), risks, and market launch strategies
* Ensure transparent, timely, and audience-appropriate communication across all stakeholder groups
* Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to scope, quality, cost, and milestones
* Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues
* Oversee and prioritize project tasks, ensuring clear responsibilities and timely execution
* Manage project changes and evaluate impacts on time, cost, and quality
* Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance with global standards, the innovation framework, and stage-gate processes
Your profile:
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
* 4–6 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in a similar project management role
* Solid knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project); PMI certification is an advantage
* Ability to work autonomously, challenge objectives constructively, and drive results in a dynamic environment
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with R&D, production, purchasing, quality, and other cross-functional partners
* Strong command of English and German at a professional level
