We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel (f/m/d) professional for our General Counsel Office in Zurich (80-100%). Our General Counsel Office (GCO) is a team of professionals who support and advise the EY business in a wide range of areas.
Your key responsibilities
1. Advising our service lines on commercial and legal matters throughout the contract cycle.
2. Clarifying legal issues, especially in the area of contract and corporate law.
3. Supporting the drafting and review of contracts, offers and tenders.
4. Drafting and reviewing framework agreements, subcontractor agreements, procurement agreements, and cooperation agreements.
5. Leading negotiations with clients and suppliers.
6. Supporting on other areas of law, such as data protection, legal tech, employment law or internal investigations.
What's in it for you
7. have successfully completed law degree of a Swiss University, admission to the Swiss Bar is an advantage
8. have worked in contract law for 2-3 years
9. are proficient in German and English (further language skills, especially French or Italian, are an advantage)
10. are a flexible team player with analytical skills, a strong service mentality, and a good sense of humor.
