We’re currently seeking a Sales Executive based in Switzerland to lead our business development efforts in the region.
Tasks
ROLE MISSION
Your main responsibility will be to acquire and manage preventive and corrective maintenance contracts as well as installation and construction projects (small, medium or large scale) in the HVAC electrical and Handyman sectors.
Requirements
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Proven sales experience in technical sectors (HVAC electrical or facility services).
* Knowledge of or ability to develop the Swiss market.
* Strong business acumen, autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset.
* Analytical capability and proficiency with digital tools (CRM, Power BI).
* High level of French and/or German; English and Spanish are an asset.
Benefits
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
* Fixed annual gross salary: 40,000 CHF.
* Variable commission: 16% of the net profit on closed contracts.
* First‑year guaranteed minimum: 40,000 CHF in pre‑set commission ensuring a total annual gross income of 80,000 CHF during the first year.
* Quarterly performance reviews: objective tracking and potential adjustments based on results.
* Financial transparency: real‑time access to project financial data via Power BI dashboards.
* Company vehicle or travel expenses covered by the company.
