Data Science Engineer
Job location: Berne, Switzerland.
Your Responsibilities
* Design and implement scalable data architectures for mission‑critical systems.
* Build and maintain data pipelines, data lakes, and ETL/ELT processes.
* Establish data governance, data quality, and MLOps standards.
* Integrate machine learning models into production environments and monitor performance.
* Evaluate and implement modern cloud technologies, collaborating with Data Scientists and Engineers.
* Document data flows, system architecture, and processes clearly.
Your Profile
* Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; career changers with relevant experience are welcome.
* Experience in data architectures, data processing, scripting, and automation tools (e.g., CI/CD, Airflow, MLflow, Terraform).
* Familiar with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms.
* Independent, structured, and analytical.
* Fluent in German (B1+); French is a plus.
* Military experience is a plus.
Requirements
Must have: EU/CH citizenship or valid residence in Switzerland for at least 5 years.
