Then come andjoin our team in Switzerland as Enterprise Services Expert in Sales& Solution Development 80 – 100% (m/w/d) Your tasks andresponsibilities: - Responsible for driving transformativesolutions as the Value Partnerships Sales Representative atEnterprise Services. - Lead the entire sales journey, from initialpitch to contract negotiation and implementation, working withinterdisciplinary teams. - Orchestrate pre-sales activities,deliver product demonstrations, and champion Value Partnershipprojects from presales to implementation. - Identify and addressstrategic priorities of customers, crafting innovative solutionsfrom the Siemens Healthineers portfolio and business partners. -Co-create bespoke solutions with customers, integrating serviceslike training, consulting, and innovative concepts. - Collaboratewith internal and external stakeholders, coordinate activities, andsupport marketing efforts, with approximately 40% travel withinSwitzerland. To find out more about the specific business, have alook athttps://www.siemens-healthineers.com/de-ch/services/value-partnershipsYour professional background and skills: - A degree in businessadministration, health economics, natural sciences, medicine, ormedical technology, with several years of project managementexperience in complex projects within the Swiss healthcare market,focusing on strategic consulting, supply chain management, andhealthcare operations. - Proven sales and negotiation experience atmanagement level for complex projects, with in-depth knowledge ofthe operational processes of healthcare providers in Switzerland. -Professional experience in the Swiss healthcare market, focusing onsolutions business, with a solid understanding of the Swisshealthcare system, its trends, and the structures and processes ofmedical service providers (preferably in medical imaging andradiation oncology). - Fluent in German or French, capable ofnegotiating and communicating with clients at management level,with strong proficiency in English, and a strong affinity for ITand basic knowledge in medical informatics. - Proficiency in usingproject management tools and MS Office, with excellentcommunication skills to address different audiences, includingmanagement level. - Strong negotiation skills, both internally andexternally, highly structured and organized with a hands-onapproach, and a service- and solution-oriented mindset focused onachieving results. - Collaborative and team-oriented, thriving inmultidisciplinary settings, with solid methodological andanalytical competencies, flexible and adaptable, motivated toexplore new approaches, and proactive and committed to driving theproject forward internally and externally.
