We are hiring for one of our prestigious clients in the field of chemistry: a Research Chemist / Scientist for a one-year contract at their site in Stein (AG), Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive research from discovery to development by delivering target molecules efficiently, safely, and sustainably.
Design and execute synthetic routes independently and collaboratively, leveraging modern digital tools and analytical platforms.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards through risk assessment of experimental procedures and materials.
Document and communicate experimental procedures and results with precision to ensure reproducibility and secure intellectual property.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the laboratory to enhance productivity and safety.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Chemistry or 3–5 years of industrial experience with full training in synthetic chemistry.
Strong expertise in synthetic organic chemistry, including reaction design, retrosynthesis, troubleshooting, purification, and structural elucidation.
Collaborative, self-motivated, and able to work independently within a team.
Comfortable with software tools for synthesis design and data analysis.
Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
