The Role:
Lundin Mining is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join its finance team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to key financial processes in a dynamic and international environment. The successful candidate will support accurate financial reporting, ensure compliance with local and international standards, and assist with day-to-day accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, ensuring هغو accuracy and completeness of financial records.
* Complete month-end closing activities in accordance with internal procedures and within established timelines.
Budgeting & Forecasting
* Contribute to the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts agricoles leads.
* Assist with reporting and reconciliation processes involving other group entities.
* Prepare financial reporting in accordance with IFRS.
* Participate in the preparation of statutory financial statements under the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO).
* Prepare reconciliations and multiple monthly and quarterly reports for external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
* Prepare VAT reports and ensure timely and accurate filing.
Audit & Compliance
* Provide support during external audits, including documentation preparation and coordination.
* Ensure full compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
Ad Hoc Support
* Provide assistance on various finance-related topics and projects as needed.
What You Bring:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
* Solid understanding of Swiss statutory accounting and IFRS standards.
* Experience with VAT reporting and payment processing.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Mineman is an asset; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
* Proficiency in English and French is required; Spanish or Portuguese is an asset.
* Discreet and trustworthy, with lastig to handle confidential information with integrityพนันคบรับ.
