Debiopharm, a leader in the retail industry with its headquarters near Lausanne, Switzerland seeks an Internal Auditor.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Compliance and Risk Management: Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to Swiss regulations and accounting principles. Evaluate controls, risk management, and compliance processes.
2. Financial Analysis and Process Improvement: Analyze financial statements, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
3. Audit Planning and Execution: Develop and implement audit plans aligned with organizational objectives. Propose corrective actions to improve processes.
4. Action Implementation and Employee Training: Oversee the effective implementation of corrective actions and train employees on business procedures and internal IT tools.
Your Profile:
1. Education and Experience: Master's degree in Finance or Economics, with 2-5 years' experience in Audit/Internal Audit. Strong Excel skills and data collection abilities.
2. Languages and Interpersonal Skills: Fluent in French and English; good command of German. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a matrix organization.
3. Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to add value through recommendations. Ability to understand and mitigate risks when conducting business.
4. Adaptability and Time Management: Hands-on approach, able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
