1. Managing a broad variety of administrative tasks such as filling, ordering supplies and other office management functions
2. Monitoring and processing invoices (collection, verification, recording, transmission, etc.)
3. Optimising invoice flows to facilitate invoice management
4. Placing orders and handling related administrative tasks (archiving, follow-up, etc.)
5. Entering and updating supplier prices and corresponding conditions in SAP, checking data, updating tracking files and prices
6. Monitoring suppliers compliance, reminders and reporting
7. Coordinate and prepare reports on CAPEX & OPEX with Finance department
8. Execute and document Internal Controls and provide support during external and internal audits.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
9. years of experience in a similar position, with a deep understanding of diverse cultures and environments. Experience in a fast-paced and/or high-growth environment is a plus
10. Fast and quick thinker with good analytical skills and at ease to work cross functionally
11. Excellent knowledge and experience using SAP, Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and PowerPoint
12. Highly developed communication skills, bilingual English and French, both verbal and written
13. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate across all levels within the business as well as with external partners
14. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously on short notice
15. Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
16. Open, highly collaborative, flexible, proactive, and positive personality
