Job Description
Responsible for full life cycle recruitment.
Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner, working closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align on recruitment needs and strategies.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process
Collaborate on job descriptions and ensure postings receive maximum visibility across relevant platforms.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, industry associations, employee referrals, and other relevant channels.
Conduct candidate screening and interviews, both virtually and in-person.
Facilitate alignment and debrief sessions with hiring teams, providing expert guidance to support informed hiring decisions.
Provide market insights and talent intelligence to help hiring managers understand competitive trends.
Extend, negotiate, and finalize competitive offers in alignment with internal compensation structures and market benchmarks.
Maintain and provide recruitment reports to track progress, key metrics, and hiring trends.
Recruitment of Manufacturing, Lab Technicians, Sr. Lab Technicians, QC Analytical Scientists profiles, from junior to senior positions, from temporary to permanent contracts
Use the ATS (iCIMS) of the company;
Actively participate in helping to streamlining the recruitment strategy; coordinate with different departments to improve Talent Acquisition processes;
Assist HR BP with onboarding processes;
Ensure compliance with local and international Employment laws and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition in Switzerland;
Experience with a range of interview techniques, including competency-based and experience-based questioning
Strong relationship-building skills with a solution-oriented and consultative approach.
Proven experience in talent sourcing, pipeline development, and candidate engagement strategies beyond traditional methods.
International recruitment experience and ability to address cross-cultural hiring challenges.
Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and recruitment best practices.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in the Lifescience sector
Knowledge of the CDMO industry, including its distinct service-oriented mindset (as opposed to a traditional pharma mindset)
Manufacturing site recruitment experience across all levels is highly desired.
French and English speaking (fluent C1 levels), German is a plus;
A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field;
Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition practices and Swiss law;
Understanding of the legal requirements around reference checks in Switzerland
Ability to interpret Swiss Work Certificates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Calm and collected demeanour and strong organisational skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
