Role Responsibilities
* Lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Align project outcomes with client goals and business value.
* Build and lead multidisciplinary teams, empowering colleagues and clients alike.
* Establish trust-based relationships with clients, acting as a partner and advisor.
* Support bid and proposal processes through effort estimation, solution design, and planning.
Preferred Qualifications
* Several years of experience managing complex software, IT, or technology consulting projects.
* Cross-industry experience and confidence working in corporate environments.
* Broad understanding of business and technology with deep expertise in specific areas (T-shaped skills).
* Strong customer focus and a solution-oriented approach to complex challenges.
* Proven leadership of diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
* University degree (bachelor’s or master’s), with project management certifications (e.g., PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, SAFe) as a plus.
* Native-level German (C1) and very good English skills.
