Finders SA is looking for an experienced and driven Senior IT Sales Professional to expand their business footprint in the banking and insurance sector.
Your Role
As part of a highly innovative and agile team, you will:
* Acquire new banking/insurance clients and drive long-term partnerships
* Manage and grow existing accounts and projects
* Analyze client needs and collaborate with technical experts to build tailored IT solutions
* Manage sales processes and respond to RFPs
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences
* Promote and consult on the full solution portfolio (software, services, consulting)
* Maintain CRM data accurately and timely
Your Profile
* 5+ years of experience in IT sales with a strong track record in banking or insurance
* Proven experience in selling IT solutions, platforms, or services
* A strong existing network in the financial services industry
* University degree with solid business acumen and digital affinity
* Passion for innovation, digitalization, and client-centric consulting
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Independent, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset
* Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
