Team Leader, Electrical Engineering - Design Office - 80/100%
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Within our design office, you will play a key role in the design, management, and success of large-scale electrical projects, for both public and private clients. You will work on a variety of projects, ranging from complex undertakings to more targeted assignments, with genuine technical autonomy.
· Imagine, design, and supervise ambitious and innovative electrical projects for building technology.
· Oversee projects related to the development and renovation of MV/LV electrical networks and public lighting.
· Ensure the technical and financial monitoring of your assignments, with a comprehensive and responsible approach.
· Coordinate work with contractors and guarantee quality execution.
· Advise clients and architects to define the most appropriate technical solutions.
· Maintain technological watch to integrate the best practices and innovations in the sector.
· Lead, manage, and support a small team of project managers and planners, efficiently distributing tasks.
· Monitor and provide key indicators concerning the team’s activities.
· Participate in the technical and organisational development of the design office.
YOUR PROFILE
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, or equivalent training.
· Basic training complemented by postgraduate education in project management.
· 5 to 10 years of experience in managing multidisciplinary projects.
· Experience in electrical design for buildings such as residential or industrial, as well as electrical networks.
· Proficiency in financial project management and IT and office software tools.
· Client-oriented, good interpersonal skills, and excellent listening, communication, and negotiation abilities.
· Decision-making capacity and leadership.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD.
· Knowledge of Revit: a valued asset.
