Tasks * Manage smaller property accounting independently, ensuring accuracy. * Assist in larger property accounting tasks shared among the team. * Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Skills * Commercial training or equivalent, plus 3 years in accounting. * Fluent in German; knowledge of other languages is a plus. * Strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach. This also includes the professional management of property accounting. As a numbers expert, you will independently manage various property accounting records in collaboration with the property management and thus make a significant contribution to achieving our goals.
