Sales Manager - Switzerland (80-100%)
Join ABB’s mission as a Sales Manager in Switzerland. This role reports to the Local Division Manager and leads the Swiss Sales team for the High Power division and Services.
Your Role and Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the Front-End Sales team.
* Identify and evaluate market trends, growth opportunities, and convert them into strategic initiatives aligned with global and local stakeholders.
* Drive market and business intelligence.
* Ensure effective and efficient sales operations, including forecasting, analysis, and performance management.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to achieve collaborative goals.
Qualifications For The Role
* Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales, account-/product management, business development, or similar roles – preferably in related sectors.
* A higher degree in sales, management, or a relevant technical field matching our solutions.
* Strong motivation to lead self and others – direct or indirect leadership experience is advantageous.
* Entrepreneurial, resilient, strategic and innovative mindset with the required skills to turn ideas and ambitions into results.
* Professional, effective communication and negotiation skills with high motivation, self‑drive and a “can‑do” mentality.
* Fluent in German and English; French and Italian as an advantage; any other language a bonus.
