Enabling global flight, with passion. ## **Position Summary** ## The **Aircraft Paint Team Leader** is responsible for guiding the daily operations of the aircraft paint team, ensuring all aircraft and components are prepared, painted, and finished to meet company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Aircraft Paint Supervisor, you will coordinate workflow, assign tasks, enforce safety, and maintain high-quality and efficient paint operations. ## **Your mission** ## * Lead daily paint shop activities including surface preparation, masking, priming, top coating, and detailing of aircraft and parts. * Assign and monitor work to team members to meet production schedules and quality standards. * Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements (e.g.,OSHA, EPA, FAA). * Support and enforce proper use of tools, materials, and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Inspect work in progress and upon completion for quality and adherence to specifications. * Coordinate with the Paint Supervisor on manpower planning, job priorities, and workflow adjustments. * Train and mentor paint technicians and apprentices to improve skills and productivity. * Maintain accurate records of labor, materials used, an...
