You will ensure smooth daily operations of the IT environment, deliver high-quality 1st and 2nd level support to brokers and corporate staff, and contribute to ongoing IT projects in a fast-paced financial brokerage environment. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liProvide 1st and 2nd level support to end-users (Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, video-conferencing) across the Group's offices, both on-site and remotely. /li liHandle incident and service request tickets through their full lifecycle (logging, troubleshooting, resolution, documentation) in line with ITIL good practices. /li liInstall, configure and deploy workstations, laptops, monitors, peripherals and telephony equipment. /li liManage user lifecycle in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 (on-boarding, off-boarding, permissions, mailboxes, MFA, group memberships). /li liSupport broking desks on financial tools and market data applications (e.g. Bloomberg, LSEG/Refinitiv, IPC) in coordination with vendors and the Head of IT. /li liMaintain accurate inventory and documentation of hardware, software licenses and IT assets. /li liAssist with patching, antivirus, backup checks and basic monitoring of servers and network equipment under the supervision of the Head of IT. /li liEscalate complex incidents to the Head of IT or external vendors and follow through to resolution. /li liParticipate in IT projects (telephony rollout, infrastructure refresh, security initiatives) and contribute to continuous improvement of IT services. /li liCarry out scheduled maintenance windows on weekday evenings (typically from 6:00 PM) and on weekends to minimise impact on broking activities. /li liTravel occasionally to our other offices (Zurich, Stockholm, Oslo, London) to support local users, deploy equipment or assist with on-site projects. /li liEnsure that all support activities comply with internal security policies and regulatory requirements (FINMA, ISO 27001, DORA). /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liCFC in IT (informaticien), Brevet fédéral, Bachelor in IT or equivalent technical training. /li liMinimum 3 years of professional experience in an IT support / service desk role, ideally in a financial services or brokerage environment. /li liSolid working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune), Active Directory and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi). /li liFamiliarity with ITSM ticketing tools and ITIL foundations; ITIL 4 Foundation certification is a plus. /li liExposure to financial market tools (Bloomberg, LSEG/Refinitiv, IPC turrets) is a strong asset. /li liCustomer-oriented mindset with clear, concise communication and the ability to interact professionally with brokers and senior stakeholders. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, autonomy, and the ability to prioritise across multiple requests. /li liDiscretion and reliability when handling sensitive information. /li liAvailability to perform scheduled maintenance during evenings (from 6:00 PM) and weekends, and willingness to travel occasionally to our other offices. /li liFluent in French and English (written and spoken); German or a Scandinavian language is an asset. /li liSwiss citizenship or valid Swiss work permit (mandatory — no relocation or permit sponsorship offered). /li liCurrently residing in the Lausanne area (Pully on‑site presence required). /li /ul h3Working conditions /h3 pThis is a fully on-site position based in our Pully office.
