Description

Senior Account Manager provides end-to-end ownership of assigned MLS accounts, acting as the primary point of accountability for customer alignment and operational execution. Translates customer requirements into scalable, sustainable processes within LogiFlow while driving service excellence, cost efficiency, and cross-plant operational alignment.


Requirements


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Lead the onboarding of new customer accounts, including run list mapping and business rule configuration within LogiFlow
* Develop, oversee, and continuously optimize routing strategies to support service and cost objectives
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer relationships, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to service, cost, and execution, and take action as needed
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational performance
* Partner closely with the Logistics team to identify, address, and resolve execution challenges
* Own customer escalations and manage resolution through to successful closure
* Standardize processes and best practices across plant locations to promote consistency and operational alignment
* Perform additional responsibilities as required to meet organizational objectives
* Perform other duties as assigned

* Minimum of five years of experience in logistics, transportation, account management, or a related discipline
* Strong understanding of transportation or operating systems, with experience using transportation management systems (TMS) preferred
* Proven ability to manage complex, high-impact customer accounts across multiple locations
* Analytical and strategic mindset with demonstrated focus on cost control, budgeting, and service optimization
* Strong communication, influence, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage effectively across functional teams and with customers
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment while managing competing priorities
* Demonstrated capability to drive on-time delivery performance and service reliability
* Experience managing performance against cost and budget targets
* Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships that support satisfaction and long-term retention
* Proven success leading efficient and effective onboarding of new accounts
* Ability to standardize processes and implement best practices across a distributed network


Work Environment (Remote)

This position is primarily performed in a remote work environment. The employee is expected to maintain a safe, secure, and productive home office or remote workspace that supports sustained focus, confidentiality, and effective collaboration. Work is primarily computer-based and requires prolonged periods of sitting, use of standard office equipment, and participation in virtual meetings. The role requires reliable high-speed internet access and the ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients through video conferencing, messaging platforms, and other digital collaboration tools. Noise levels and ambient conditions may vary depending on the remote workspace. Occasional travel to company offices, client sites, or team meetings may be required based on business needs.
