We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our aftermarket strategy for stirred mills within the Minerals Division. This role focuses on delivering world-class aftermarket solutions, including spare parts, upgrades, and technical support, to enhance customer satisfaction and equipment longevity.
Collaborating with global teams and OEM partners, you will ensure sustainable, energy-efficient grinding solutions for mining clients, shaping the future of our aftermarket services.
This position requires strong leadership and team collaboration skills, as well as experience in aftermarket product launches or service delivery, ideally with global exposure.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing an effective aftermarket strategy, managing cross-border collaborations, and ensuring operational excellence and resource management.
This exciting opportunity includes up to 30% travel globally for supplier visits, client meetings, and aftermarket project support.

Education and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, automation, or chemical engineering is preferred.
Experience: 5-10 years in mining equipment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role focused on aftermarket services or product management.
