What you will do:
* Plan, oversee, and lead IT/OT infrastructure projects across local, regional, and global scopes
* Manage project delivery throughout the lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Lonza standards
* Engage with cross-functional teams and departments to implement infrastructure solutions
* Oversee budgets, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication
* Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
* Facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management
* Maintain project documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience in IT/OT infrastructure project management
* Strong knowledge of IT and OT architecture, security, and compliance requirements
* Familiarity with infrastructure topics such as servers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, and data centers
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in Pharma or other validated production industries
* Degree in IT or engineering; PMP or Prince2 certification preferred
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
