Job Overview
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and technically minded Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth across the DACH region. You will drive market expansion for innovative electronic modules focused on Bluetooth Low Energy and ultra-low-power applications. Our solutions enable next-generation Asset Tracking, Localization, Identification, and IoT connectivity for industries such as Logistics, Warehousing, Avionics, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Large Enterprise environments.

Your Mission

Develop and execute the business development strategy for the DACH region

Drive sustainable revenue growth aligned with Business Unit targets

Identify and win new business opportunities within target verticals

Build strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and strategic partners

Support the onboarding and mentoring of future sales talents as the organization grows

Your Responsibilities

Identify opportunities and close deals across the full sales cycle

Achieve and measure Biz Dev KPIs and ensure alignment with the Business Unit revenue targets

Develop strategic account plans and regional growth strategies

Identify new customers and market opportunities

Conduct customer visits and maintain a strong field presence across the region

Represent the company at trade fairs

Drive C-level interaction between EM and customers/eco-system partners

Lead the commercial negotiations and drive execution of development contracts with internal and external stakeholders (R&D, legal, quality, and logistics)

Work closely with BU Product Management and Development to refine go-to-market strategies

Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap and innovation priorities

Collaborate with Marketing Communication teams to support campaigns and market positioning

Interface effectively with Account Managers

Understand customer application requirements and translate them into solution opportunities

Promote Bluetooth Low Energy and ultra-low-power technologies in customer ecosystems

Support customers during evaluation and early project phases

Strong business acumen with ability to handle strategic and action level aspects

Hands‑on and action‑oriented personality

Hunter" attitude, strong commercial instinct, and negotiation capability

Self‑driven, autonomous, able to prioritize, and highly customer‑focused

Strong networking and relationship‑building skills

Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for technology and innovation

Ideal Candidate Profile
You are not just a salesperson — you are a business builder. You enjoy opening doors, understanding customer pain points, and transforming technical innovation into long-term partnerships. You are equally comfortable discussing strategy with management as walking a floor with end users. You thrive in dynamic environments and want to actively shape growth rather than groom existing business.

Professional Requirements

Proven experience in electronic components, module, or IoT solution sales (minimum 10 years)

Experience in business development within technical B2B environments

Excellent market knowledge and familiarity with industries such as logistics, healthcare, industrial automation, or enterprise IoT

Good understanding of wireless technologies, ideally Bluetooth Low Energy

Experience working within the DACH business culture and environment

Self‑starter and high intrinsic drive to deliver business results

Experience in contractual work

Languages

Fluent English required. Ideal: Fluent German. Bonus: French
