As Product Owner, you lead the development and growth of Lido AMDB and Lido Surface Data (Terrain & Obstacles). Working with cross‑functional teams, you drive strategy, roadmap, market research, and positioning to ensure products meet customer needs, boost adoption, efficiency, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Tasks
* Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals.
* Coordinate and align product owners to ensure a shared vision.
* Conduct aviation market research and manage the full product lifecycle.
* Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales for launches and support.
* Build strong customer, partner, and vendor relationships.
* Prioritize features based on feedback, trends, and regulations.
* Create roadmaps and communicate vision to stakeholders.
* Manage budgets, timelines, and safeguard standards to meet EASA compliance.
Requirements
* MSc/BSc in engineering, computer science, business, aeronautics, remote sensing, GIS, geomatics or related field.
* 3+ years’ product management experience, ideally in aviation/data products.
* Skilled at fostering collaboration among product managers.
* Solid understanding of software development and backend systems.
* Knowledge of aeronautical data (AMDB, Obstacles, Terrain) and data product management.
* Strong in user research and data analysis.
* Problem‑solver with hands‑on mindset.
* Familiarity with AMDB/Obstacle/Terrain standards, regulations, and certified environments a plus.
* Willingness to travel.
