Manufacturing Engineer - Stamping (m/f)For our site in Domdidier, which has more than 450 employees, we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer - Stamping (m/f). Our team of engineers works on both new products and the continuous improvement of existing processes. To strengthen our department, we are seeking a field-oriented engineer capable of structuring, coordinating, and evolving our methods. What does the job consist of?- Drive the stamping of new products by defining processes, flows, and techniques.- Lead and coordinate all activities necessary for the transition to series production.- Supervise the internal design and stamping tools.- Write specifications for the acquisition of production means combining stamping and assembly.- Conduct feasibility analyses and risk studies.- Collaborate closely with suppliers, stampers, and production teams.- Propose improvements to optimize quality, productivity, and energy efficiency.- Ensure technological monitoring and participate in trade shows.What do we expect from you?- A technical diploma complemented by a higher degree (ES, HES, or EPF) in mechanical engineering, microtechnology, or a similar field.- Confirmed experience in setting up production means and processes with proven knowledge in stamping as well as very good knowledge of metals and stamping techniques such as bending, cutting, punching, and deep drawing.- Proficiency in writing specifications and analyzing technical data.- Mastery of tools (MS Office and ERP SAP).- Proficiency in German with very good knowledge of French (C1).What do we offer you?Do you want to work for a modern company focused on technology and a market leader?
