Job Description
:
1. Perform routine maintenance on laser machines to ensure proper functionality.
2. Install new machines at client sites, ensuring proper setup and configuration.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with 3D and laser machines, implementing necessary fixes.
4. Provide on-site training to clients on machine operation and maintenance.
5. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address technical queries and concerns.
Your Profile:
6. Fluent in both English and French.
7. Technical education background with a focus on Polytechnic or equivalent (Electrician background considered).
8. Willingness based around Biel, Neuchâtel or Lausanne or able to relocate to these regions.
9. Availability for 100% full-time employment.
10. Stability and commitment to work as a service technician for at least 3 years.
11. Willingness to travel within Switzerland for the first 2 years, with the possibility of international travel starting from the 2nd year.
Training will be predominantly conducted on-site at client locations.
