Presales Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Presales Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for presenting our products and solutions to business partners and end customers.

Your primary focus will be on installing, configuring, and managing products for vendors, as well as providing ongoing technical support to salespeople and product managers.

You will also plan and execute technical workshops, events, and activities aimed at ensuring product reputation. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and agreements of business partners.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in customer support/presale roles, with a strong background in negotiations with strategic and global clients.

They should also possess knowledge and understanding of technological worlds, including experience working with products such as EDR, Firewall, Email Security, OT security, WAF, Web Security, Authentication, Switching & Routing.

Vendor certifications and experience working with technological decision makers (CISO, CIO, etc.) are highly desirable.

We value candidates who can work independently combined with teamwork, have excellent interpersonal communication skills, and are fluent in English.

Job Requirements:

* Install, configure, and manage products for vendors
* Provide ongoing technical support to salespeople and product managers
* Plan and execute technical workshops, events, and activities
* Train and agree business partner agreements
* Collaborate with the Sales Team to follow up on new projects and provide technical support
* Fully complete and pass all vendor required certifications
* Be responsible for the end-to-end technical sales process
* Engage with the Marketing team and customers to create new value-added services or expand the number of services

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in customer support/presale roles
* Strong background in negotiations with strategic and global clients
* Knowledge and understanding of technological worlds
* Vendor certifications
* Experience working with technological decision makers (CISO, CIO, etc.)
