Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
* Build and maintain a pipeline in DACH markets
* Deliver product demos to C-level and technical stakeholders
* Understand client needs and align solutions accordingly
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams
* Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts
* Represent the company at industry events and meetings
Requirements:
* 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, AI experience preferred
* Proven sales quota achievement in a consultative environment
* Strong understanding of AI and enterprise sales cycles
* Native or fluent German and excellent English skills
* Experience selling to DACH clients
* Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
* Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills
* Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
