For a leading Watch brand, we are currently seeking a Leader personality with a deep understanding and passion for luxury watches and the Retail space, in order to define and execute the international retail strategy of the brand. As the Head of Retail, you will have the opportunity to influence the global distribution of the brand and contribute to its expansion worldwide.

Position / Responsibilities:
Grow and develop a global Retail presence / network
Develop and implement a top-tier retail strategy for international markets to maximize sales growth and market penetration of our luxury watches
Lead an international team of retail managers to ensure exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets on a global scale
With local Brand Management, identify Retail opportunities and develop expansion plans in new international markets
Build and maintain relationships with selected retail partners and distributors on targeted markets in order to strengthen the brand presence and maximize sales opportunities
Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to effectively track success of the global retail strategy rollout.
Instill appropriate retail training to boost competence with retail sales staff globally
Oversee and analyze KPIs and Headcounts needs and propose corrective actions
Contribute to initiating Client Activation campaigns at the boutique level
Overseeing the application of the retail operations procedures regarding Loss Prevention, Security, Replenishment, Merchandising, VM, Sales, etc.
Drive and coordinate all new store projects according to group guidelines and retail committee
Profile:
Solid Retail Management background with international exposure
Passion for Retail and High-End Watches, Jewellery & Accessories
Degree in business administration, Commerce, Luxury Marketing, or related fields
Proven experience in international retail, preferably in the Premium-Luxury Watch sector
Proven track record in developing and implementing retail strategies as well as building and leading international teams
Excellent multicultural, interpersonal and negotiation skills, securing the most effective relationships with retail partners
Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication skills in English, other languages would be highly valued
Ability to travel extensively (ww) and reside close to the HQ in the Western part of Switzerland
