Marketing & e-commerce manager

PpWe are looking for a Marketing E-Commerce Manager to join FORMS at our showroom in Freienbach. /p h3ABOUT THE ROLE /h3 pThis is more than a marketing position; it's a founding role in a growing multi-venture business. Based in our Freienbach showroom, you will own FORMS’ customer-facing presence across furniture, a in-house coffee concept, wine, and further ventures we are actively building. You will grow with the group, shaping how each new business line is introduced to the market and building a brand ecosystem from the ground up. /p pIf you are energized by variety, comfortable with ambiguity, and want to be part of something that is still being built, this role is for you. /p h3WHAT YOU'LL OWN /h3 ul liOnline shop e-commerce: Product pages, order handling, new collections, SEO, and ongoing shop optimization /li liContent social media: Weekly content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn; community interaction within 24h /li liCampaigns: Plan and execute campaigns across digital, print, and in-showroom channels /li liEvents: Customer events, trade fairs, and seasonal pop-ups /li liShowroom POS: Product labelling, brand presence, and promotional materials on-site in Freienbach /li liNewsletters: Mailchimp campaigns in coordination with sales leadership /li liTracking reporting: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, campaign KPIs; regular reporting to management /li liNew ventures: As we launch new business lines, you will be the first marketing voice, shaping positioning, communication, and go-to-market from scratch /li /ul h3WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR /h3 ul li2+ years in marketing, preferably in furniture, lifestyle, retail, or hospitality /li liConfident managing an e-commerce platform end-to-end (WooCommerce or similar) /li liSkilled at creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn /li liComfortable with Adobe tools, Canva, or equivalent design software /li liExperience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp or equivalent)Fluent in German and English; additional languages welcome /li liBased in or willing to commute to Freienbach; presence in the showroom is key /li liEntrepreneurial mindset: you see opportunity, take initiative, and follow through /li liDiscreet, reliable, and strong attention to detail /li /ul h3DETAILS /h3 pLocation: Freienbach /p pEmployment: Full-time (80-100%) /p pStart date: As soon as possible /p pAll applications are handled with full confidentiality. /p pWe look forward to hearing from you. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
