Team Assistant (m/f/d) – Sonova Retail (80%-100%)

As a Team Assistant (m/f/d) within Sonova Retail, you will provide vital administrative and organizational support to our Vice Presidents and their teams. You'll coordinate calendars, manage travel, and keep daily operations running smoothly — ensuring an efficient and engaging work environment. More about the role

* Provide daily support to Vice Presidents, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing travel arrangements.
* Prepare and process expense reports and assist with travel requests as Travel Superadmin in Egencia.
* Act as deputy for the Executive Assistant to the Group Vice President (GVP) when required.
* Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks and cross-functional coordination (e.g. HR, IT, Finance).
* Plan and organize team events, activities, and celebrations.
* Maintain and update distribution lists and manage invoices and approvals.
* Contribute to the planning of global corporate events and ensure a positive office atmosphere through coordination of supplies and small amenities.

More about you

* Proven experience as an Office or Team Assistant, ideally in an international environment.
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* Service-oriented mindset and the ability to stay calm and efficient in a dynamic environment.
* Team player with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
* Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with modern tools, including AI applications.
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
