Job Description:
1. Function description
1. Ensure the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy and policy.
2. Ensure and coordinate sales and marketing activities.
3. 100% activity rate, including approx. 4 days on the road.
2. Main responsibilities
1. Regularly visit existing customers and develop new customer acquisition to secure the sales budget.
2. Manage order backlogs and build trust with customers.
3. Organize and participate in trade shows and events.
4. Forward market information to the Sales Manager.
5. Ensure that promotional materials are used appropriately at points of sale (merchandising).
6. Train staff likely to sell our products.
7. Maintain regular contact with viticulture, arboriculture and landscaping schools and institutes.
8. Follow and respect our organization's quality, environment and health & safety policy, processes and procedures.
3. Specific skills or missions
1. Draw up offers based on the pricing conditions set for the national market by the International Sales Manager.
2. Apply a policy of exceptional discounts and sampling within defined limits.
Ideal profile
1. At least 5 years' sales experience as an area manager with a track record of achieving sales budgets.
2. Commercial training or training relevant to our field of activity (e.g. landscaping, arboriculture or viticulture).
3. Comfortable selling and presenting technical products.
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Possession of a valid driver's license.
6. Good communication skills.
7. Good computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ERP (ProConcept), Power-BI, CRM.
