Senior Quality Management Specialist

This role involves overseeing the quality management system, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and maintaining QMS, as well as a strong background in occupational safety.

The selected individual will be responsible for:

1. Technical and personnel management of a team of employees
\
2. Maintenance and improvement of the QMS, including documentation and analysis of quality indicators
\
3. Planning and conducting internal audits, selecting and training internal auditors, and supporting supplier audits
\
4. Employee training in quality, management system, and safety
\
5. Quality issue support for management
\
6. Collection and analysis of quality data to develop measures reducing quality costs
\
7. Suitable applicant profile: higher technical or electrotechnical education, further training and experience in quality management and occupational safety, knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, German and English skills
\
