What You’ll Do
4. Assist senior technicians through hands-on on-site support activities
5. Handle incidents and service requests with guidance or following SOP’s
6. Perform PC and mobile device staging (imaging, enrolment, tagging, testing)
7. Support laptops, desktops, iPhones, iPads and other workplace devices
8. Conduct routine meeting room and AV device check
9. Install software when remote installation is not feasible
10. Perform basic CMDB / asset updates during deployments and replacements
11. Support printer-related basic issues
12. Escalate complex issues with proper documentation
13. Follow defined processes and SOPs consistently
14. Demonstrate willingness to learn new tools, technologies and support models
