The Position:
We are seeking a Health & Physical Education teacher for our secondary school. The ideal candidate will be flexible and excited to cooperate with a secondary department (grades 6‑12) of dynamic, professional Physical Education teachers to plan, deliver, and assess student‑centered, concept‑driven curriculum, promoting skills development, health, and personal development in a diverse international school setting.
What we are looking for:
At least 3 years experience, ideally at an international school
Teaching qualifications, including specialism
Experience teaching Health curriculum is desirable
Understanding of, and experience with an inquiry‑based pedagogical approach
Commitment to ongoing professional growth, of yourself and colleagues
Ability to differentiate for diverse learning needs
Ability to engage & inspire students to develop a lifelong commitment to physical activity
A commitment to relationship building with students and colleagues
A commitment to teamwork and collaboration
A commitment to involvement in coaching competitive school teams and in our advisory program
