Raw Material and Production Planner (H/F)
As a Raw Material and Production Planner in our Planning department, you will be responsible for a portfolio of ingredients manufactured across multiple production sites. You will also manage raw materials for our manufacturing plant in Vernier, optimizing inventory and service levels. Reporting to the Fragrance Ingredients Planning Team Lead, your main responsibilities include:
1. Management of finished ingredients (Fragrance, Active Beauty, Cosmetic ingredients, Delivery System): Ensure the continuous availability of manufactured ingredients for internal use and external clients. Collaborate closely with the scheduling team and key departments such as Ingredients Production, Quality, Customer Care, Logistics, Global Planning, and Procurement to maintain optimal stock levels. Manage a portfolio of ingredients produced in other regions to ensure supply for global production, including performing global allocations when necessary. Oversee VMI-managed portfolios to ensure supply to affiliates worldwide through stock transfer orders.
2. Management of raw materials: Ensure the continuous availability of raw materials required for production, in line with production schedules, to secure and optimize the production plan. Manage various supply types including bulk, VMI, subcontracted materials, and multipacks. Address and escalate issues related to your portfolio as needed.

* University degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
* Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management
* Fluent in English and French
* Strong affinity with systems and analytical tools (SAP, BI, BOA preferred)
* Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
* APICS certification is a plus
