Job Description
We are looking for a E-Business & Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to the online development of Floraïku Paris and Hermetica Paris. As growing brands with a focus on excellence, we are seeking a passionate and dynamic person to join our team as part of a VIE program.
As an E-Business Manager, you will play a key role in accelerating Floraïku Paris and Hermetica Paris online sales. You will lead the definition and optimization of the 360° e-commerce strategy, oversee strategic partnerships, manage content, and drive performance improvements. Working closely with internal teams, external agencies, and global e-tailers, you will ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsabilities
E-commerce Growth
Develop and execute an annual activation plan for e-commerce sites, including the management of promotional offers.
Oversee product launches, marketing campaigns, and seasonal activations across all websites.
Coordinate and track Paid Media campaigns in partnership with external agencies.
Implement SEO and GEO strategies to drive traffic and improve online visibility.
Monitor weekly e-commerce KPIs and provide performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Manage and optimize the Floraïku Paris and Hermetica Paris online stores to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and strengthen brand visibility in line with brand guidelines.
E-Retail Expansion
Implement a structured action plan with e-retailers to accelerate performance and increase brand visibility.
Ensure premium brand visibility through exclusive collaborations, content updates, and promotional initiatives.
Monitor and analyze e-retail sales performance, applying data-driven improvements.
Identify and onboard new e-retailers in line with the brand's strategic focus.
CRM & Consumer Engagement
Collaborate with the Brand Manager to create compelling newsletters for product launches, campaigns, and brand activations.
Collaborate with the external agency to manage and expand the customer database, ensuring data accuracy, implementing new workflows, and optimizing communications.
Optimize the online customer journey to drive engagement, increase retention, and boost lifetime value.
Leverage customer data and insights to develop highly personalized marketing strategies.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER:
Passionate digital marketing professional with a degree in Marketing, Digital, or Business
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
Strong interest in luxury retail and the fragrance industry
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative concepts
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven and performance-oriented mindset (KPI-driven)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Strong coordination skills and experience managing partner relationships
Detail-oriented, rigorous, and adaptable in dynamic environments
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
