For our client F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd., we are looking for an experienced Global Logistics Manager (m/f/d) to support the Global Supply Chain Operations & Logistics organization at the Kaiseraugst site.
In this role, you will manage global logistics operations and ensure the timely, compliant, and cost-efficient distribution of drug products across international markets. You will coordinate supply, inventory, and replenishment flows, acting as a key interface between manufacturing sites, affiliates, and external partners.
A central focus of the role is overseeing end-to-end distribution processes-from product release to final delivery-while ensuring on-time and in-full performance. You will proactively monitor supply chain performance, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders, leveraging data-driven insights to support decision-making, optimize logistics processes, and maintain high service levels across the network.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Ensure products are delivered on time, in full and in a compliant way
2. Manage international distribution, logistics and trade operations
3. Monitor stock availability, execute transfer and order to cash processes
4. Drive performance monitoring
5. Manage and resolve operational issues
6. Maintain effective communication and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
7. Responsible for the optimization of transportation and logistics.
Must Haves:
8. Minimum 3-5 years of supply chain and/or logistics experience in the pharma industry
9. Bachelor degree in relevant field and/or APICS certification (or equivalent) are a strong plus
10. Decent knowledge of SAP MM/SD transactions
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
12. Data-driven mindset
