Aufgaben
Responsibility for the entire order processing for the region “Westschweiz” in the internal case‑management system.
Close collaboration in day‑to‑day operations with two team members from the Sales area of Westschweiz and the key account management.
Support from quotation creation to project execution for our national clients and dealers, in cooperation with the BID & Design (pre‑sales) team.
Responsibility for technical clarifications and creation of items from our third‑party suppliers.
Responsibility for invoicing in the responsible area.
Handling of the delay management (delivery delay process).
Coordination point between customer, sales, operations and logistics.
Verbal and written supplier contact with our sister companies in Europe.
Processing complaints and service orders (order notes) in close cooperation with our after‑sales.
Managing the telephone center with the team.
Profil
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service / client support.
Excellent French (C1 level) and fluent German and English.
Commercial background or education.
Open and communicative personality with goal‑oriented and independent working style.
Customer‑oriented thinking and action.
Proficient MS Office skills.
Committed and flexible, with a hands‑on mentality.
