We are seeking a
Product Marketing Manager - Global Maternity Care & NICU
to join our team in Switzerland.
How You'll Make An Impact
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for hospital solutions across the full life cycle, integrating customer insights and market analysis.
* Coordinate projects and product launches, defining value proposition and claim strategies, whilst ensuring timely and successful execution of go-to-market plans.
* Drive cross-functional collaboration across business teams and regions.
* Understand clinical workflows and pain points, gather customer insights, and translate them into clear, actionable user stories with clear criteria.
* Act as key stakeholder, providing valuable market insights, ensuring quality, security and regulatory requirements are fulfilled.
* Define global positioning of our products and digital solutions, messaging and providing subject matter expertise to the regional teams for an effective implementation.
What You Bring Along
* University degree in a business-related field.
* Minimum 3 years in a similar product marketing position in the medical device industry.
* Solid understanding of hospital environments, workflows, and patient care.
* Experience with global product launches and/or product life cycle activities.
* Strong business acumen, analytical and project management experience.
* Execution-driven, solution-oriented, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Familiarity with health tech ecosystems, such as app integrations with hospital systems or EHR platforms, is a plus.
* English fluent (verbal and written), German is a plus
