Key Responsibilities
* Become the recognized point of contact for Garmin dealers and partners, serving as a customer advocate within our organization.
* Assist in developing dealer incentives and programs, including support of CO-OP advertising, and promotional rebates.
* Draft official communications from Garmin to the Dealer network on various topics.
* Manage the Aviation Sales email inbox with timely responses and periodic oversight.
* Coordinate major trade shows, owning preparation and coordination, while assisting the sales team at smaller regional events.
* Support New Dealer applications, setup process, and initial customer onboarding, continuing to support internal account management and document retention for each Dealer/Account.
* Maintain a centralized Dealer contact database, ensuring it remains up-to-date with accurate Dealer contact information for marketing and communication purposes.
* Collaborate with Regional Sales and Services Team on customer quotes, discussions, and Fleet and Service customer onboarding.
* Work with necessary departments on new product introduction, including pricing, marketing efforts, and promotion creation, adhering to aviation group requirements.
* Respond to and resolve aviation dealer and partner inquiries and requests regarding accounts, products, rates, and services offered.
* Keep Sales Managers informed about issues affecting their accounts, such as accounting problems, lead-times, insufficient orders, special requests, etc.
Essential Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or a field relevant for this role.
* Limited knowledge of the aviation industry and Garmin aviation products.
* Possess a Private Pilot's license, aviation technical background, or demonstrate ability to sell Garmin aviation benefits to customers.
* English proficiency required, with German and/or French proficiency desirable.
* Team-oriented, detail-focused, positive attitude, passion for customer satisfaction, ability to present to large groups, work proactively with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, multi-task, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, analytical skills to evaluate information critically.
* Superior organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and quality, ability to travel (25% of time or greater).
