Then you must be the right talent to join our Brand Experience team as an Events Manager!
In this role you will be supporting the implementation of event concept worldwide. You will collaborate with all departments to provide the highest level of support, always ensuring the Maison''s image identity is met. You will manage all aspects of event planning and budgeting, from development to operations. This includes coordinating with vendors, overseeing production and logistics, handling legal aspects, and consolidating event reports for senior management.
As our Events Manager, you will also be part of international, regional and local event platforms.
You will make an impact by :
1. Implementing and managing execution of all High Jewellery and High Watchmaking events platforms.
2. Act as liaison between marketing, commercial, press and PR teams to respect project planning.
3. Consolidate and update the event decks to report to top management.
4. Brief both internal and external partners on projects.
5. Follow up on creative concepts implementing feedback and modifications through the process.
6. Manage event details to produce top level brand experience (scenography, products display, sales rooms set up, intimate and gala dinners, security, model show and performances, catering and logistics).
7. Contract and manage multiple vendors and resources to execute approved plans.
8. Review and ensure all proper legal documentation related to each project.
9. Respect project budget, following finance and accounting process on SAP, and invoicing.
10. Onsite event management Oversee the operational, technical and production.
11. Support markets ensure coherence in the concept adaptation, submit and report local events decks.
The exceptional skills we are looking for :
1. 8 years experience, related to Events and Brand experience, with proven large scale event production.
2. High standard experience within a luxury brand or an agency with luxury portfolio.
3. Strong organizational skills and follow up skills.
4. Strong sense of priority, anticipating events needs with a proactive approach to different projects in parallel.
5. Excellent attention to details.
6. Strong team spirit and collaboration.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
8. Fluent in French and English.
