The incumbent in this position manages and plans a consolidated and reliable demand plan for all Business Units in MTO and MTS environments, while ensuring business continuity as a back-up to the Master Planner.Your responsibilitiesDemand planning- Collection, review, and analysis of comprehensive requirements (sales, programs, R&D, engineering)- Proposes market monitoring tools, develops forecasting models- Understanding the impacts of requirement changes on the supply chain- Maintains data, organizes the databases necessary for the activity- Contributes to budget processes and annual budget reviews, multi-year projection- Periodic reporting, continuous rolling forecast- Proposes actions to achieve company objectives- Eventually, implements and manages an S&OP processYour profile- Analytical, structured, and process-oriented- Sense of priorities- Ability to synthesize and present scenarios- Comfortable with tools (ERP, advanced Excel, PowerBI, AI).
