1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and industry partners

3. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the trust and fiduciary services team
4. Oversee the development and implementation of trust and fiduciary strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
5. Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base and increase revenue
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
7. Manage risk effectively, implementing measure to mitigate potential issues
8. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement within the team
9. Assist in leading team members, providing guidance and support for professional growth
10. Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance overall organizational performance
11. Minimum 10 years of experience in the fiduciary business
12. Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management
13. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative partnership model
14. Academic background in either finance or legal disciplines is a plus
15. Good command of English is a must as it is the primary business language
16. Some management experience would be advantageous
17. Ideally experience in trusts and estates
18. STEP or similar qualification advantageous
