Our broad array of inspired, innovative and high-quality offerings, help advance the health and wellbeing of people around the world.The Quality Project Engineer will lead global and/or local projects/programs across MD Quality MAKE to drive growth, delivery, quality and cost improvements in support of the Quality BEL organization. They will be responsible for leading the implementation of strategic opportunities in alignment with the management and the Quality MAKE leadership. They will ensure successful delivery of project/program outcomes by monitoring and tracking of milestones, identification and risks mitigation.Main ResponsibilitiesFacilitate team meetings and ad-hoc meetingsAssure project adherence to Quality and Compliance policies and proceduresIdentify Project Level Risks. Facilitate escalation and risk mitigation strategiesDevelop and maintain program-specific reporting tools, e.g., dashboards, MS Project Plans, Risk Registers, Meeting Minutes, etc.Prepare Core Team and Executive Dashboards/DecksLead minimum 1 medium/high complexity global program/projectConduct project level analysis and development of improving strategiesParticipates in lessons learned and best practice sharing forums as required (Project reflection)Different specific Project Quality activities in alignment with managementQualifikationenBachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree requiredFluent in English and second national language (German or French)Experience leading teams (Matrix) to deliver project goals Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with relevant levels of the organizationKnowledge and experience in project management. Project management certified is a plus - FPX or PMP certificationKnowledge / experience of medical or technical industryPrevious experience in Quality SystemThis role based in Zuchwil, Switzerland will initially be limited to December 2022.
