The remedial education day school of the Nathalie Foundation supports and cares for children and adolescents with complex developmental disorders (multiple disabilities, sensory disorders, and autism spectrum disorders).
For one of our classes in Cycle 1, we are looking from 1 August 2026 for a remedial educator at 38% and additionally fixed‑term team teaching at 18%.
Tasks
* Support the individual development of five students in Class Cycle 1.
* Plan and document lessons independently according to guidelines.
* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and parents effectively.
* Share responsibility with your job partner for the individual support of five pupils in a Cycle 1 class.
* Maintain close communication with the other class teacher and take on the key worker role for 2 pupils.
* Work constructively with the interdisciplinary team, the boarding school, and the parents, and participate in school and quality development.
* Attend internal professional consultations, training sessions, and events.
* Supervise interns.
Skills
* Degree in clinical or educational special needs education required.
* Experience with complex disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
* Strong knowledge in Affolter model, TEACCH, and/or AAC.

* A completed qualification in clinical or school remedial education.
