Key Responsibilities:
* Verify alignment of local controls and documentation with global standards.
* Identify deviations and track remediation actions.
* Provide administrative support, including setting up meetings, consolidating feedback, and taking minutes.
* Support coordination and progress tracking for compliance projects across different locations.
Required Experience :
* At least 1 year of experience in Risk Management or Compliance.
* Basic knowledge of investor protection and client suitability topics.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
* Fluent in English; additional languages (such as German, French, or Spanish) are an asset.
