Leadership and motivation of the bar team to ensure the highest service standards and promote a positive working environment
Quality and service control for beverages, food, and product presentation, as well as maintaining customer feedback and loyalty databases
Support of the Bar Manager in menu and beverage planning, workflow optimization, and administrative tasks (orders, inventories, checklists
Professional guest service, including advice, complaint management, and specialized care of the cigar lounge to ensure an exclusive service experience
Expertise and attention to detail in spirits, cocktails, wines, and cigars, as well as adherence to hotel, LQA, and hygiene standards
Your profile
Several years of national or international experience in upscale bars or F&B management within the 5-star segment
Proven leadership skills with experience in a managerial role, ideally as a Bar Assistant or equivalent
Excellent expertise in spirits, cocktails, wines, food, and allergens, with basic knowledge of cigar service
Fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus
Professional demeanor, high flexibility, resilience, and strong IT skills (e.g., Micros, Mirus, Microsoft Office)
