Cash Management and Risk Control Specialist
This role involves efficiently managing cash resources and executing key treasury processes across the global dormakaba Group. This includes cash pooling, foreign exchange dealing, and hedging, as well as global payment transaction processing.
The jobholder will be responsible for daily cash positioning, short-term financing, and payment processing for dormakaba companies in Germany and Switzerland. They will also conduct FX hedging and trading using multibank platforms, ensure EMIR compliance, and coordinate groupwide annual intercompany FX budget rates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily cash positioning, short-term financing, and payment processing for dormakaba companies in Germany and Switzerland.
* Conduct FX hedging and trading using multibank platforms, ensure EMIR compliance, and coordinate groupwide annual intercompany FX budget rates.
* Lead global implementation projects of the group's payment platform in close collaboration with Group IT (SAP FI), ensuring maximum security (e.g., API integration, CRC-32 checksum) and fraud prevention.
* Maintain and update banking authorizations and documentation for all German and Swiss group bank accounts.
* Organize and maintain the EUR cash pool (including onboarding entities, setting limits, and interest rates).
* Administer and improve banking tools and systems (e.g., Deutsche Bank Autobahn, HSBCnet) and payment formats (e.g., ISO 20022).
* Provide support to dormakaba subsidiaries on treasury-related topics such as cash flow planning and pooling.
* Act as a deputy for the intercompany AR/AP reconciliation and netting process (including FX optimization and internal financing coordination).
Candidates should have at least 1–2 years of experience in corporate treasury or a similar cash management position in a bank, as well as 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Coupa Treasury (tm5). A Bachelor's degree or completed apprenticeship in Finance is required, and fluency in both German and English is necessary.
